Richard Ross is featured in the Daily Mail today following publication of the Coutts “The Million Pound Donors Report 2011”. The report suggests that family businesses and high net worth individuals are driving UK philanthropy. Out of a total of 174 million-pound-plus donations made during 2009/2010, 60% of the money came from the very wealthy, whereas only 10% came from corporates.
